Many beautiful footpaths lead from the Absteige into the old town. It only takes 9 minutes to get to the city center. If you are drawn more towards the mountain, you can reach the first forest hiking trail within 8 minutes.
The public bus line J stops right in front of the front door and takes you to the city’s mountains Nordkette and Patscherkofel (via the city center) and back.

You can choose between the single room Schnapsidee and the apartment Farbtopf (max. 7 people) or Fettnäpfchen (max. 4 people). The apartments are spread over 2 buildings and in the neighborhood (Riedz Apartments) you can do your laundry, relax in the green and stock up on delicacies.
